1.1 All Products manufactured by the Company carry a guarantee endorsed on the product, the terms of which are ninty (90) days. The usual terms common to all guarantees on all Products manufactured by the Company are as follows:

1.2 Any claim made under guarantee must be in writing and must be made during the applicable guarantee period.

1.3 At the Company’s option the Company will replace, repair, or refund the purchase price of any item returned and proved to the Company’s satisfaction to be defective, subject to a written claim being made during the applicable guarantee period.

1.4 Any Products claimed to be defective must be returned to the Company suitably packed, carriage paid and accompanied by written proof of purchase and written details of the alleged defect. If these conditions are not complied with, the guarantees will not apply and the company shall not be required to consider the claim that the Product was defective for purposes of determining whether the Company, at its option, would replace, repair or refund the purchase price of the Product, and the Company shall be relieved of any liability it may have had for the allegedly defective Product.
